It’s a common answer to the question “How are you?”, “Busy” we always say. Balancing our lives and all the things that come with it such as work, family, friends, businesses and ourselves can sometimes seem impossible. We all have busy lives, but sometimes it can become too much.

Do What Matters Most
We often have such busy lives because we simply take on too much. You don’t need to be the person that does everything – Tuckshop mum, gym junkie, workaholic, we all know someone like this. They take on everything, never say no, and it’s not long before they’re burnt out and needing a break.
You can’t do everything, so take some time to work out what really matters to you and work out what you can do to prioritise that. Your priority will be different to someone else’s and may even change as time goes on and your situations change, so revisit this whenever you feel like things are getting out of hand.
